Does the library have space for groups or individuals to study in?

The library has a variety of seating available on all three floors. L3 is for silent study only. Study rooms are available for individuals and groups first-come, first-served. Students may reserve study rooms ahead of time, with the following terms and conditions:

Study Room Policies:

  • Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Students are allowed to book spaces for a maximum of 4 hours per day.
  • Only students are able to book the study rooms.
  • If you are a UWP staff member who needs a meeting room, please contact us at library.staff@uwp.edu about other bookable rooms. (Faculty/Staff bookable spaces)
  • Respect the room and the furniture. No open beverage containers or large spreads of food, please.
  • Only book large rooms for large groups. There are many 1–2 person rooms available on the 2nd floor.
  • Please remember our rooms are not sound-proofed. Be mindful of loud conversations.

How to Cancel a Study Room Reservation:

    Option 1: When you book a room, you receive a confirmation email. At the bottom of the email is a link to cancel the reservation.
    Option 2: Contact the library at (262) 595-3432.
